Wellness can be such a mystery and changing habits can be surprisingly difficult. However, Community is the best way to hold up a promise to yourself.
The idea behind this monthly gathering is to create a community around wellness and change. Together we can discuss ask questions relevant to these topics using the Ayurvedic Lens as a means to support. (All topics are open, but some can revolve around cooking techniques, recipes, how to make time for cooking (!!), how old can food be before it is TOO OLD, self-care, oils, exercise, oils, dieting etc. etc.)
Together we will hold each other up, make wellness a joy, share stories and experiences, and learn to see health as a do able activity.
I will act as a facilitator for your queries. If Ayurveda is new to you, if the word is strange...Come Anyway!
