Neti Neti Presents Yoga and Ayurveda Teacher Training and Immersion in Oahu, Hawaii

The Neti Neti School of Yogic and Healing Arts and Renuatum Retreats heads to Oahu, Hawaii for a special 20 day, 200hr Teacher Training Immersion. This is wonderful for those desiring to become teachers as well as those hoping to enhance their current offering with a strong foundation in the practical application of Raja Yoga. Together we will study Yogic Philosophy, Sequence Building and Energetics, Mantra, Ayurveda, and Ayurvedic Cooking. We will introduce you to a profound lineage of practice based in the understanding and direction of the Gunas and Koshas.

The program will be established in the teachings of Andrey Lappa, creator of Universal Yoga, with whom Carlie and I have both worked extensively. We will also be synthesizing these yogic practices with all that Ayurveda has to offer. We have enumerated a program build to connect the dots of the Vedic Arts in a clear and bright way in order to allow the mechanics and science to lead you directly to a practical understanding of the goals of Raja Yoga.

Both 100 and 200 Hour Programs Available.
